TNY1800/1200/900 Fully Automatic Block Production Line (Close Type)
This automatic production line has four systems:batching and mixing system:block forming and transportation system,block stacking system and centralized control system.
The main characteristic: Advantages of Concrete Block Production Line (Closed)
1. This automatic block making machine is featured with high-speed operation, low abrasion on the sealing of main cylinder, uneasy to damage or leak and low failure rate.
2. The hydraulic system is designed with double-way loop, which adopts professional combined valves to realize the working cycle of filling, air discharge, pressing and demolding.
3. The hydraulic oil tank of our concrete block production lines is designed with automatic oil heating and cooling systems and oil purification device, which adopt repeated continuous filtering to ensure the optimal working conditions of hydraulic oil.
4. The feed hopper of our automatic block making machines is designed with stock level recorder. The open-close door cylinder realizes the automatic open-close of the door so as to guarantee the feed averagely to the material box.
5. Our concrete block production lines adopt PLC SIEMENS controller and man-machine interface. The whole machine can be operated automatically.
6. Automatic block making machines have gained the CE certification. They are well appreciated for stable performance, affordable price, long service life and excellent after-sales service.

1. Pre-sale Service
We provide consultation for users, confirm the scale of operation and develop a detailed construction plan to meet their needs with minimal investment and the optimal configurations. Our company does not provide samples of automatic block making machines.
In-sale Service for Concrete Block Production Line
2. According to customers’ specific site conditions, we will provide a good product layout program. Our company also cooperates with users to do plant layout, circuit layout, the arrangement of the entire production process, and guides them to prepare basic equipment.
After-sales Service
3. Once our automatic block making machines are sold, our company will send professional technicians to the clients’ company to provide free guidance for installation, commissioning, mold replacement and related technical training, until they can produce qualified products.
